How fast can I actually get set up?
Create a free account, connect a Twilio number, write Donna's instructions, and place a test call before going live.
Do I keep my existing phone number?
You connect a Twilio number during setup. If you forward an existing business line to it, your carrier remains in control of that forwarding setup.
What happens if it can't answer a question?
Donna can capture a detailed message and a follow-up record for your team. Live transfer should only be used after a destination is configured and tested.
Can I choose Growth or Scale now?
Not yet. Paid checkout stays unavailable while Stripe checkout, signed webhooks, cancellation, and account-entitlement behavior are being verified.
